Bob Woolmer Update: Officially Not Murder
After officially saying that Bob Woolmer had been murdered, the Jamaican police have now said that Bob Woolmer had NOT been murdered. The official cause of death is now listed as ‘natural causes’.
“We hope that this matter will now be closed and that our family will be left to grieve in peace,” his widow Gill Woolmer said in a media statement. “We realise that this investigation has been problematical to conduct given the circumstances and the media spotlight that has been focused upon it”.
I am glad that the issue has been finally put to rest and that it will bring some form of closure for his family and friends.
Rest in peace Bob.
